We are currently seeking a professional and organized Talent Coordinator to work within our influencer talent agency division to assist our team in representing and managing the careers of various social media influencers within our agency.  

As the Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing social-first strategies and pitch materials for prospective Talent and Celebrities. You will ideate around how we can transform their social presence, with a focus on creating the best-performing content on Facebook.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Assist in discovering and signing influencers who are looking for business management.
  • Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to develop effective content strategies that drive engagement and revenue for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Talent teams to execute on content ideas and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are set and timelines are met;
  • Provide creative input and insights to internal teams and clients, and pitch ideas to clients as needed;
  • Continuously improve content strategies and best practices;
  • Organize and update tracking systems, client rosters, pitch decks, and other relevant materials.
  • Update financial systems to track payments for completed campaigns.
  • Assist in ideating and pursuing growth opportunities for Talent.
  • Stay on top of trends in the influencer/creator space.

What You'll Need To Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the entertainment industry and be knowledgeable in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation;
  • Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and analytics;
  • Positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker who can balance a multitude of tasks in an extremely fast work paced environment;
  • University degree or college diploma and/or equivalent experience;
  • Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent;
  • Experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).
This role has an annual salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 CAD
 
This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.

Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.

At Viral Nation, compensation is structured, performance-led, and market-aligned. Pay decisions are intentional, based on role requirements, performance, and market alignment by country, and are set to maintain internal pay equity across comparable roles and levels.

Compensation progression is tied to demonstrated performance, expanded scope, and sustained contribution over time, not tenure alone. Employee compensation is reviewed regularly through formal performance reviews and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.
