TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss. Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value.

We’re growing fast: our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet the North American organization's immediate and future talent needs.

  • Lead, coach, and manage a small team of recruiters, fostering a supportive, collaborative environment, and drive a results-focused performance culture.

  • Partner closely with North American leadership, providing regular, data-driven updates on recruitment progress and bringing forward solutions to challenges and stretch targets.

  • Act as a hands-on recruiter for high-priority or senior-level commercial and marketing roles, as well as high volume entry level positions when required.

  • As part of the Global Talent Acquisition management team, work to identify opportunities to enhance the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on Quality of Hire, efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Lead or support ongoing TA projects across new tools, initiatives and processes.

  • Maintain and improve TA KPIs in line with our company goals.
