What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with hiring managers to clearly define position requirements and find the right people for the right seats across the organization.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify, develop, and implement strategic sourcing and talent attraction initiatives that build quality talent pipelines to meet our workforce needs.
  • Innovative Talent Attraction: Utilize a multi-faceted approach to source and attract passive candidates, including cold calling, resume mining, complex internet searches, and social networking.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including resume screening, initial interviews, facilitating interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Candidate Experience: Facilitate an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring every interaction reflects Cask's commitment to excellence.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with qualified candidates to keep the talent pipeline strong and engaged.
  • Transparency and Reporting: Manage candidate status in the applicant tracking system to enable transparency and accurate reporting metrics.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-volume environment, with a strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques.
  • Innovative Sourcing Skills: Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Industry Experience: Experience recruiting for technology companies; experience with professional services organizations is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to change direction on short notice and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills with a focus on finding the right talent.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid MS Office and Google Suite skills.

Note: Base salary range is $70,000 CAD to $85,000 CAD. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
