You are a passionate sourcing expert. You are committed to aligning the interests and profiles of candidates with the needs of Ecosystem and our clients. You’re a natural collaborator who ensures the recruitment process is both fun and efficient. You bring curiosity and creativity, enabling you to understand complex markets and develop innovative strategies. 

What you will do...

  • As a member of a 4-person team dedicated to talent acquisition, you will have a direct impact on our recruitment objectives from the moment you join us. You will be Ecosystem’s sourcing specialist, while actively contributing to all stages of the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Attract high-quality talent: recruit approximately 40 specialized profiles each year across Canada and the United States. 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles in engineering, construction, sales, IT, marketing, and more.
  • Build and maintain talent pools that align with our needs and our growing markets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key candidates, and transform passive candidates into actively engaged candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to strengthen internal partnerships and optimize recruitment outcomes. 
  • Contribute to strengthening our employer brand by working with the marketing and communications team on social media campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout all your interactions. 

Your profile…

  • To excel in this role, we are seeking these qualities:
  • Proven experience: at least 5 years in highly competitive markets, with expertise in candidate sourcing.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and French for effective collaboration with colleagues and candidates in Canada and the United States.
  • Exemplary relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Organized and creative: able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively. 
  • Sense of urgency: able to identify key moments to act swiftly and efficiently. 
  • Curious and passionate: with a constant drive to learn and innovate in your field.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools: expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS systems (such as Lever).
