As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead global recruitment efforts with a primary focus on North America, adapting strategies to local market dynamics while ensuring a fast, efficient, and human centered candidate experience at every stage. You will serve as our Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Talent Acquisition – from recruitment and strategic sourcing to process optimization – acting as a trusted partner to the business when identifying and attracting top talent.Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, debriefing, and managing the offer process for roles at all levels (new career to senior level)
- Source niche talent for positions across core and enabling functions including Finance, Legal, HR, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Development, Health & Safety, and Project Management.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and hiring managers, offering strategic guidance and market insights.
- Oversee all external recruitment agency relationships to ensure alignment, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives to broaden diverse candidate pipelines and inclusive candidate experience.
- Optimize recruitment infrastructure, including AI-enabled sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and Workday processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hiring speed, quality, and consistency.
- Implement and refine assessment frameworks and candidate evaluation tools for senior talent.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Pay Range:
