Leads global HR Services and Payroll operations, managing a team and ensuring scalable, compliant, employee-focused service delivery. Oversees Workday data, HR case management, payroll vendors, process standardization, automation, reporting, data governance, and operational controls. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders on transformation initiatives, compliance, continuous improvement, change management, and service optimization across multiple jurisdictions.

Executes Northland Power’s digital communications strategy across its website and social media channels. Responsibilities include creating and publishing multimedia content, managing content calendars and online communities, running paid digital campaigns, monitoring analytics, optimizing performance, and producing reports. The role also partners with internal teams and external agencies to support corporate campaigns, employer branding, executive thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining brand, messaging, SEO, and accessibility standards.

Manages pre-execution planning for large-scale renewable energy and natural gas projects. Responsibilities include cost estimating, project scheduling and budgeting, constructability reviews, pre-construction coordination, EPC and equipment RFP support, contract administration, due diligence, execution planning, and handover to project teams. The role also validates project assumptions during execution, coordinates internal and external resources, supports procurement, and travels to project sites and supplier facilities as needed.

Lead enterprise AI adoption by designing, building, deploying, and governing LLM-powered solutions (agents, copilots, RAG). Partner with IT and business teams for integrations, deliver training, and establish AI governance, monitoring, and risk management.

Design, build, and manage Northland's Azure-based enterprise data platform. Lead data architecture, develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, model enterprise data, ensure data quality and governance, deliver self-service data marts and Power BI datasets, and provide technical leadership to support analytics and AI initiatives.
