Administer and optimize IBM Maximo across North America and Europe: configure security, workflows, integrations, upgrades, and reporting; ensure data quality, support users, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and standardize processes across regional teams.

Lead enterprise AI adoption by designing, building, deploying, and governing LLM-powered solutions (agents, copilots, RAG). Partner with IT and business teams for integrations, deliver training, and establish AI governance, monitoring, and risk management.
