Job Requirements
- Solid experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience hiring sales and other non-technical/commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships).
- Confidence working with hiring managers and stakeholders, with the ability to manage expectations and influence outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple open roles in a dynamic, scaling business.
- A proactive and creative approach to sourcing, with familiarity across modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and data to drive efficiency and innovation in talent acquisition.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and motivation to continue learning and growing within the role.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for sales and other non-technical roles across Europe, from intake through to offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
- Proactively source and engage candidates using a range of tools, platforms, and creative approaches.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a balance of speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey at every stage of the hiring process.
- Use data, insights, and AI-enabled tools to improve hiring efficiency, optimise processes, and support better decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team.
