On your day to day
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for E2E recruitment mainly for GTM positions in North America, including finding, attracting, interviewing and hiring top talent. You will partner with managers of all levels, including C-level, and have a complete ownership of the recruitment pipeline, funnel and process.
Requirements
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- At least 2+ years experience in high-tech recruitment, preferably working with/in SaaS or start-up companies
- Deep understanding of the local GTM talent market trends
- Proficient sourcing skills
