Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing full lifecycle corporate recruiting, driving strategic sourcing, and serving as a trusted advisor to key leaders across the business. You will act as a critical member of our Global Talent Acquisition organization, playing a direct role in elevating candidate experiences and shaping the talent strategy across our business functions.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake and advanced passive sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding, delivering top-tier talent for exempt and non-exempt positions.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Partner strategically with Executives, Hiring Leaders, and Human Resources Business Partners to consult on market trends, optimize candidate experiences, and lead complex hiring projects.
Ensure Compliance and Process Excellence: Uphold organizational talent acquisition workflow standards, leverage Applicant Tracking System platforms (Workday) effectively, and maintain strict data privacy compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, specifically supporting exempt and non-exempt positions.
Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred), and productivity suites (Google Workspace and Microsoft Office).
Proven ability in strategic stakeholder management, discrete handling of confidential information, and leveraging data to influence hiring decisions.
A customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills and a track record of driving innovative recruiting strategies.
Remote in Tampa, Florida (with travel to the local office to support recruiting)
