Leads continuous improvement and operational excellence across a third-party logistics network. Responsibilities include process optimization, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, facility startups, customer launches, KPI standardization, leadership coaching, and Lean Six Sigma capability development. The role partners with clients and site leaders to improve productivity, quality, velocity, and financial performance across warehouse and logistics operations in North America.

Oversee daily 3PL operations across warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service. Lead and develop large teams, manage KPIs and operational risk, improve processes using Lean or Six Sigma methods, analyze performance data, and maintain profitability through budgeting and P&L oversight. The role may expand to regional multi-site responsibility and requires hands-on leadership in fast-paced warehouse and logistics environments.

Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, production scheduling, labor planning, safety, quality, productivity, and customer execution. Lead, train, and provide feedback to warehouse associates and support staff while resolving employee issues and driving accountability. Use operational data and WMS knowledge to meet KPIs and maintain efficient, accurate, and safe operations.

Manage daily imaging operations, optimize workflow and capacity planning, maintain imaging equipment and DR processes, support and train staff, coordinate chain-of-custody/security, and represent the branch on DMS operations and implementation calls.
