The role partners with clients and site leaders to improve productivity, quality, velocity, and financial performance across warehouse and logistics operations in North America.

Oversee daily 3PL operations across warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service. Lead and develop large teams, manage KPIs and operational risk, improve processes using Lean or Six Sigma methods, analyze performance data, and maintain profitability through budgeting and P&L oversight. The role may expand to regional multi-site responsibility and requires hands-on leadership in fast-paced warehouse and logistics environments.
