Lead and deliver M&A integration projects across EMEA: plan, execute, and monitor cross-functional workstreams; manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment to realize deal synergies while navigating regulatory and cultural differences across multiple countries.

This role involves coordinating finance activities, managing contract profitability, providing financial insights, and influencing key stakeholders in a logistics environment.

Responsible for generating new net revenue by prospecting large companies, managing the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing contracts, and collaborating with field engineers.

Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts through inbound/outbound calls and email follow-ups to identify payment delays, resolve billing disputes, and collect outstanding invoices. Collaborate with internal teams, escalate complex cases, and ensure accurate Oracle data entry to meet delinquency reduction targets and company policies.

Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a client portfolio, prospecting, organizing meetings, and managing the sales cycle from contact to closing while using CRM.

Perform high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. Maintain record order, follow Imaging Center procedures, complete required documentation, and communicate with team and management.

Act as trusted finance partner for operational and commercial stakeholders across major hubs. Lead weekly performance reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and contract profitability analysis. Provide actionable financial insights, challenge assumptions, support MBRs/QBRs, and translate operational performance into monthly financials to drive cost savings and commercial performance.

Lead interpretation and global adoption of accounting standards, support quarterly and annual Form 10-Q/10-K reporting, maintain consistent accounting policies globally, coordinate with regional controllership and shared services, support audits, and resolve complex, country-level technical accounting issues with group-wide solutions.
