Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Operations Excellence Manager - W&L | 3PL to join our Warehouse & Logistics Operations team.
In this high-impact role, you will play a central part in championing continuous improvement and driving launch success across our third-party logistics network. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with key external clients and site leaders, embedding Lean principles and optimizing process workflows to elevate operational performance. Here, your leadership and continuous improvement expertise will directly shape the productivity, quality, and velocity of our growing warehousing and logistics footprint.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Drive Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity, quality, and velocity across facilities.
- Support Business Launches: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support new 3PL customer launches, facility startups, and operational scale-ups across North America.
- Standardize Performance Frameworks: Establish, monitor, and refine standardized KPIs and leadership standard work aligned with strategic and financial goals.
- Cultivate a Continuous Improvement Culture: Mentor and coach site leaders, operational teams, and developing practitioners in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution center operations, supply chain, or third-party logistics (3PL).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and process redesign techniques (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP preferred).
- Proven experience owning operations launch support, facility startups, and direct customer-facing initiatives.
- Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen with the ability to connect operational improvements directly to business outcomes.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00
Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
