About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and support the hiring of top talent across the business, including future intern cohorts.
What you’ll be working on:
- Assist in screening candidates for open roles using Lever (our ATS)
- Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support TA Partners with pipeline management, candidate follow-ups, and scheduling
- Draft job descriptions, post roles, and help maintain our careers page
- Assist with recruiting reports and documentation (e.g., tracking candidate stages or metrics)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media or campus outreach
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team
- Support intern hiring initiatives, including coordination, outreach, and process logistics
Who we’re looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and LinkedIn
- Passion for employer branding and storytelling, especially across digital channels
- A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

What We Offer
Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time
Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week
Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term
Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term
Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week.
We’re a remote-first company, but you’re always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto. We also host virtual and in-person socials where interns can connect, play games, and meet others - including company wide game nights and events. While optional, these are great ways to build connections and make the most of your Super.com experience.
