The Associate Implementation Analyst plays a key role in designing and configuring our benefits solutions for clients. You'll partner with senior team members to translate business requirements into technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality implementations. You'll demonstrate strong technical problem-solving, clear communication, and initiative in a collaborative environment.What You'll Do
- Benefits Implementation: Configure proprietary software and implement client solutions using our established tools and methodologies
- Client & Internal Support: Provide maintenance and technical support to existing clients and internal benefits teams, resolving issues with clear explanations and structured resolutions
- Requirements Analysis & Design: Analyze business requirements and develop configuration designs that align with client needs
- Quality & Delivery: Set high standards for your own work, meet project schedules, provide realistic estimates, and deliver on commitments
- Team Collaboration: Work as an active member of the implementation team, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Professional Development: Attend training sessions to build knowledge of industry trends and enhance technical capabilities
- Operational Excellence: Maintain punctuality, responsiveness, achieve billable hour targets, and support special projects as needed

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience (5+ years in IT, systems configuration, or implementation)
- Proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience with proprietary object-oriented configuration tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Ability to review logs and troubleshoot issues systematically
Bonus Skills
- Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio
- Background in programming concepts (any language)
- Health & Wellness Benefits and/or Payroll systems experience
- Experience in a benefits or HR technology environment
Salary Range 58,100K - 83,000K
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
