About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage and scale our internal IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem. You will be responsible for maintaining servers, networks, and enterprise applications while ensuring high levels of reliability, security, and performance.


In this role, you’ll support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver efficient infrastructure and tooling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, automating processes, and continuously improving systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and configure internal SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra (MyApps), BambooHR, Atlassian (Jira), Salesforce, and Freshworks
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Set up and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Automate system deployments and streamline onboarding/offboarding processes to improve efficiency
  • Manage vendors and software licenses, including contract negotiations and cost optimization
  • Participate in renewal cycles, evaluate new tools, and assess product requirements prior to procurement
  • Provide front-line IT support, including daily operations, server and network maintenance, deskside support, and service provisioning
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate infrastructure and tooling solutions
  • Deploy and maintain internal infrastructure used across the organization
  • Monitor systems and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across the organization
  • Administer enterprise network environments, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages

About You

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, OSI model, and common protocols
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing systems from scratch
  • Experience administering Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, patch management, and endpoint protection
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CCNA
  • RHCSA

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Schedule

This is an office-based role with standard hours from Monday to Friday.
