Prospect and develop qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn; schedule product demos; maintain CRM data in Salesforce; partner with Account Executives to advance deals; participate in training and company projects with opportunities to advance into closing roles.

Design, build, and maintain internal automation tools and integrations to streamline employee lifecycle processes, identity and access management, and enterprise application workflows. Troubleshoot, deploy, and monitor internal infrastructure, write maintainable code, and produce documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams to improve operational efficiency and security.

Perform helpdesk support and quality assurance: create/execute test plans and cases, manual and regression testing, document and communicate defects, maintain test artifacts, monitor testing progress, triage and escalate support tickets, and work rotating/after-hours shifts to ensure system stability and timely responses.

Create and maintain clear product documentation, FAQs, release notes, and RFP responses. Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and support to translate technical details into user-friendly content, draft release communications, and update client-facing materials.

Write, edit, and submit persuasive, technically accurate RFP responses and related client materials. Manage bid tracking, coordinate SMEs, develop templates and documentation (Zendesk), draft release/customer notifications, apply UX writing with product and UX teams, and collaborate with Client Success and Support under tight deadlines.

Create clear, persuasive marketing content for YuJa's ed-tech and enterprise products. Produce website copy, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product launch communications, and sales collateral. Translate technical, compliance, and accessibility features into audience-focused messaging, maintain brand voice, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Compliance/Sales, and update materials to reflect frequent product changes. Incorporate basic SEO and accessibility-friendly copy as preferred.

Provide in-house transactional legal support focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (software licensing, RFPs, services). Ensure legal compliance, set contract strategies, mitigate risk, advise management, and align contract terms with company objectives.

Manage post-sales client relationships for YuJas SaaS products, drive renewals and upsells, deliver onboarding and training, resolve technical issues, monitor account health, and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders to maximize product value and retention.

Perform manual software testing and QA: create and execute test plans/cases, log and communicate defects, run regression tests, maintain test documentation, monitor progress, and provide frontline helpdesk support with rapid response and troubleshooting.

Drive new business for YuJa's digital compliance and accessibility platforms by prospecting, building a qualified pipeline, leading discovery, delivering tailored demos, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting or exceeding quota. Transition closed accounts to client success for long-term partnerships.

Monitor live virtual proctoring sessions, document and escalate integrity or technical issues, respond to test-taker questions, review submissions, reproduce and file bug tickets, execute test cases, support validation and security reviews, and collaborate with engineering to improve the Verity Live Dashboard.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack distributed software systems. Work with Java/J2EE technologies, databases (MySQL/JDBC), Windows and Linux servers, network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS/TCP-IP), and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, accessible cloud-based solutions.

Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models; integrate AI into customer-facing applications; run experiments, preprocess data, and maintain training/evaluation pipelines; optimize model performance and scalability; stay current with research and contribute to system design and code reviews.
