Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, initially focusing on Sales and Engineering. Partner with leaders and hiring managers, source candidates, manage interviews and offers, and maintain ATS records. Support onboarding, role-specific ramp-up plans, training materials, and learning initiatives. Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and build scalable recruiting and employee development processes in a growing organization.

Create and execute software test plans, test cases, manual and regression tests, document defects, maintain testing records, monitor progress, and communicate issues. Provide non-scripted helpdesk support by troubleshooting issues, prioritizing requests, managing tickets, and escalating problems when necessary. The role requires flexible rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and is fully on-site in Canada.

Manage post-sale success for enterprise SaaS clients by delivering onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Lead renewals, contract changes, pricing quotations, and upselling of product enhancements. Monitor accounts for risks and growth opportunities, resolve technical issues, and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders. The role requires strong relationship-building, sales, communication, organization, problem-solving, and technology skills.
