The Opportunity:

We’re looking to fill an opening for a Systems Access Administrator to join our Information Technology team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Support Services, the Systems Access Administrator is responsible for providing access to our Broadridge/Dataphile system to our external partners and Aviso employees. The Systems Access Administrator will provide prompt and efficient service to our partners and internal staff.

What your day looks like:

  • Provision, modify, and revoke user access across enterprise systems, applications, and platforms based on approved requests
  • Administer user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and applications
  • Maintain and enforce access management policies, standards, and procedures
  • Support periodic user access reviews and attestations (privileged and non-privileged access)
  • Monitor and audit access logs and user activity to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for access requests and approvals
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure timely and accurate access changes
  • Manage escalations for high-priority or high-profile access requests
  • Meet defined SLAs and operational KPIs for access fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide support to end-users
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, workflows, and documentation
  • Assist in the implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requests
  • Document processes and maintain access control documentation
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM)

Requirements

Your experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in system access administration, IAM, or IT operations
  • Experience supporting access management in a regulated or enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties principles
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP (user and group management)
  • Experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Experience supporting high-profile or business-critical applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile required
  • Experience of supporting key client accounts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow is preferred
  • IAM certifications are an asset

Salary

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
