About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is seeking a visionary and transformational Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead the Canadian Strategic Sales organization. This executive will be responsible for accelerating growth in the Canadian Strategic Sales sector by expanding revenue streams, acquiring new business, and implementing scalable, repeatable systems and processes that drive long-term success.

The SVP will translate strategy into action while fostering a high-performance culture defined by accountability, operational excellence, and customer obsession. As a trusted advisor to customers and a strategic partner across Salesforce, this leader will advance the company’s market leadership and enable enterprise-scale impact.

The ideal candidate demonstrates executive presence, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate complexity at scale — anticipating market shifts, aligning senior stakeholders, and positioning Salesforce for sustained growth as the agentic enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the Canadian Leadership team, define and execute a bold, enterprise-focused growth strategy to accelerate revenue, expand bookings, and drive market leadership across Canadian Strategic Sales.

  • Lead and scale a high-performing, distributed sales organization through market shifts and organizational change.

  • Drive a growth-oriented go-to-market strategy with operational discipline and clear metrics.

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance, and other functions to ensure alignment and impact.

  • Cultivate executive-level customer relationships, expanding Salesforce’s influence across strategic Canadian accounts.

  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and funnel performance with disciplined operating cadence.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, balancing strategic vision with consistent execution.

  • Advise the Canadian Leadership Team, shaping sales priorities, strategy, and critical business decisions.

Required Skills & Experiences:

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales leadership across CRM, ERP, data, integration, or adjacent technologies, managing large, multi-market revenue portfolios.

  • Proven ability to act as a strategic business owner, delivering complex, transformational solutions to C-suite and Board-level executives.

  • Track record of scaling large, global enterprise sales organizations through growth, market shifts, and transformation.

  • 8+ years in senior leadership, consistently exceeding revenue, bookings, and margin targets while building high-performing teams.

  • Expertise in driving enterprise transformation, including cultural change, operating model evolution, modernized go-to-market strategies, and capability building at scale.

  • Strong general management acumen and cross-functional leadership skills across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

  • Success in recruiting, developing, and retaining top enterprise sales leaders, building leadership depth and succession readiness.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, cultivating loyal, referenceable customers and serving as a visible executive sponsor.

  • Highly analytical and operationally disciplined, leveraging metrics and data-driven insights for execution at scale.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
