Job Description
As a valuable member of the RS team, you will be responsible for the delivery of winning food & beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Visions and Values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
Act as an ambassador to Real Sports, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
Perform service functions as the need arises.
Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Smart Serve certification required.
Previous bussing experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs..
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
