We are looking for a talented and experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our Operations and Finance team in Milton, ON.

Your future team:

You will become part of the Operations and Finance team and will be reporting to the Director - Operations Finance.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain accurate, timely, and professional reports to support supply chain decisions.
  • Analyze business trends, track performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business partners to enhance processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Support logistics cost analysis, demand planning, and network optimization strategies.
  • Maintain a logistics cost database and forecast inflation impacts.
  • Participate in quarterly budgeting with a focus on logistics costs.
  • Provide insights for production planning and network strategy optimization.

What you bring:

  • University/College degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA is an asset but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or other business systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism is an asset but not required.
