Purpose of role

Foresters Financial has an exciting opportunity for an IT Summer Student. The IT Summer Student will support the IT Support Services Team with service requests, tracking and managing IT hardware, setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices, providing support for video conferencing tools, and other desk side support duties as needed.
We are looking for a talented post-secondary IT student like yourself and are committed to providing you with a meaningful work experience that will help you progress in your career journey.

Job Description

Who you are:

  • Completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary education in a related IT program and will be returning to a post-secondary educational institution in fall 2025
  • Available to work full-time from May to August 2025
  • For onsite and hybrid roles, the ability to travel to 789 Don Mills, North York
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid foundation of relevant technical skills
  • Flexible and dynamic individual who can adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements.
