QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent in IT with at least second year completed.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Familiarity with computers, printers, cell phones and network switches.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and other business applications.
- A definite interest in technology, computer hardware & software.
DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
(Optional) - Preferred but not required
- Manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with SQL, Kepware, PLCs, Power Apps, Power BI, and scripting.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compensation: $24.40 - $27.58 per hour
- Support IT applications in manufacturing areas including WMS, Andon and MES.
- Set up and support IT hardware such as shop floor PCs, label printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and ensure security compliance with computers and mobile devices.
- Provide backup support for Systems Administrators to resolve user or production issues.
- Assist with documentation of IT/OT systems, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure that all Systems procedures are carried out in accordance with the Mytox BOS manual.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in IT areas using effective housekeeping practices.
- Provide on-call technical support and on-site technical support for Mytox Personnel outside of regular business hours as required.
- Adheres to all Mytox safety rules and regulations.
- Any other reasonable request by management.
