  • Analyze performance results against SLAs, SLOs, and benchmarks, providing actionable tuning and optimization recommendations

  • Integrate performance testing and monitoring into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous performance feedback

  • Serve as a performance SME for delivery teams, advising on capacity planning, scaling strategies, and release readiness

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across non‑functional testing, tooling, and reporting

  • Mentor and coach Senior and Lead QEs, raising the overall quality and performance engineering maturity

  • Influence cross‑portfolio alignment on quality metrics, KPIs, and governance models

QE Tools Administration & Enablement

  • Own administration, configuration, and governance of enterprise QE tools including: qTest, BlazeMeter & Sauce Labs

  • Define and maintain tool usage standards, access models, naming conventions, and best practices

  • Manage user onboarding, role‑based access, licensing optimization, and cost controls for QE platforms

  • Partner with vendors and internal platform teams to resolve tool issues, plan upgrades, and evaluate new features and capabilities

  • Establish enterprise dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into quality, coverage, execution health, and performance trends

  • Act as the single point of accountability for QE tool health, stability, and adoption across portfolios

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with deep specialization in performance engineering

  • Proven experience in digital performance testing (Web, Mobile Web, Native Mobile Apps)

  • Strong understanding of cloud‑based architectures and performance testing in distributed systems

  • Working knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.)

  • Experience with logging platforms (ELK, Splunk, Sumo Logic)

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a technical leader, influencer, and mentor
