Job Description:

We’re looking for a(n) SRE Engineer to play a key role in ensuring our critical business services operate reliably, securely, and efficiently at scale. In this highly collaborative position, you'll leverage your expertise in software engineering, automation, observability, and incident management to enhance system stability, reduce operational risk, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll partner closely with development, cloud, infrastructure, and support teams to build resilient, high-performing platforms while influencing reliability best practices across the organization. What You’ll Do:

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and reliability practices across critical enterprise applications
  • Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to improve service stability and reduce recurring issues
  • Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to establish SLI/SLO frameworks, reliability standards, and operational best practices
  • Drive automation, operational efficiency, and proactive detection capabilities through telemetry, analytics, and AIOps initiatives

About You:

  • Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, Observability, Monitoring, and Incident Management
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, App Insights, Azure Monitor, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar tools
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure preferred), automation, telemetry, logging, and performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, product, and business teams

Salary Range: $ 87,780.00-$122,892.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
