What You Will Do:
  • Lead the build, development, deployment, and sustainment of advanced analytics, data science, and AI-enabled solutions to support Supply Chain Management objectives.

  • Partner with SCM leaders, Finance, TIS, ERP Sustainment teams, and external vendors to translate business challenges into scalable analytical products, dashboards, and decision-support tools.

  • Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, optimization, natural language processing, and AI techniques to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

  • Develop insights and reporting that generate measurable results in spend management, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, contract performance, supplier management, and value realization.

  • Establish data governance, model monitoring, and quality assurance practices that support reliable, balanced, and explainable analytics solutions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship on data quality, analytical methodologies, adoption strategies, and responsible AI practices.

  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and data literacy by mentoring collaborators and promoting data-informed decision-making across SCM.

Who You Are:
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7+ years of advancing experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally within an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) setting.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives and influencing business outcomes through data, analytics, or process improvement.

  • Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaborator management skills.

  • Strong ability to work independently, lead change, and collaborate across diverse business functions.

  • Demonstrated innovative outlook with the ability to find opportunities and implement balanced business solutions.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred:
  • Professional Supply Chain certification such as SCMP, PMAC, ISM, or equivalent.

  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, visualization tools, and large-scale ERP or supply chain datasets.

  • Understanding of procurement, supplier oversight, inventory optimization, contract administration, and process mining techniques.

Working Conditions:
  • Office-based work environment with hybrid work opportunities.

  • Work is highly visible and fast paced, requiring the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate with various partners simultaneously.

  • Some travel might be necessary to Enbridge sites, project locations, warehouses, or supplier facilities. Occasionally, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will need to be worn.

  • Requires extended periods of computer-based work, including analyzing data, crafting reports, and collaborating with collaborators across multiple jurisdictions.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary:
  • Ranges from $115,000 – $160,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Ranges from $115,000 – $160,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
