Job Overview
Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior Product Manager specializing in Data & Analytics to drive the development and enhancement of our Business Intelligence & Analytics solutions. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for our data solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points related to data migration.
• Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, feasibility, and strategic importance, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Drive the product development process, from concept to launch, by overseeing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for data migration products.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and plans, including product messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotion.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and iterate on features and functionalities to continuously improve the product.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our Business Intelligence & Analytics products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who:

• Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office
• Ability to travel

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

• Proven track record of success as a Product Manager, with at least 5 - 7 years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields.
• Understanding of Reporting & Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, databases, and integration technologies is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results through innovative product solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
