We're seeking an experienced Product Manager – Payments Solutions to drive development, adoption, and optimization of embedded payments functionality in our home care agency management software. Essential Job Duties

  • Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison with Stripe, managing the relationship to ensure alignment on goals and effective communication. Collaborate with Stripe to understand their product offerings, updates, and best practices for integration.
  • Product Development & Integration: Drive the development and integration of the payments solution within our platform, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to define product requirements and prioritize features. Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and release notes.
  • Product Release & Messaging: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the payments product, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful messaging.
  • Customer Education & Adoption: Drive customer adoption through education, training, and customer conversations, ensuring clients understand the benefits and functionalities of the payments solution. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product iterations and enhancements.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Measure, track, and communicate product performance and customer feedback to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future development. Develop creative strategies and campaigns to drive increased adoption and customer value over time.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 15%, including overnight travel, domestic & abroad (US and other delivery locations)

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in product and customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with agile development and user research methodologies
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence/Figma
  • Experience with data analytic tools and methodologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, team player
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Healthcare / homecare experience is a plus

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $140,000-160,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
