Notified’s Growth Marketing team is responsible for building the programs that create measurable revenue impact. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing who knows how to turn strategy into pipeline, someone who thinks in funnels, optimizes in real time, and is motivated by performance dashboards that show what is working and what needs to be tested next.
This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role. Your team will own the development, execution, optimization, and measurement of integrated campaigns designed to generate demand, accelerate funnel conversion, and contribute directly to pipeline creation across new business and existing customer segments.
Location: 155 University Avenue, Toronto, Canada. Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday & Friday.
Responsibilities:
Demand & Pipeline Generation
- Build and execute integrated campaigns that convert awareness into qualified demand and measurable pipeline across net-new, upsell/cross-sell, and retention motions.
- Develop and programs across paid, owned, and partner channels that grow top of funnel.
- Partner closely with Sales and Sales Ops to ensure campaign strategy maps to sales plays, market needs, and meeting targets.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Translate business priorities, sales inputs, and product launches into clear campaign briefs, timelines, and activation plans.
- Manage creative requirements, content needs, and channel orchestration to ensure cohesive execution across touchpoints.
- Work with third-party media, content, and technology partners to extend reach, improve targeting, and accelerate lead generation.
Optimization & Analytics
- Own campaign performance tracking from lead to revenue, connecting every program to pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Continuously experiment with targeting, offers, channels, and messaging to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
- Produce clear insights and recommendations that help the team iterate, scale, or pivot programs based on results.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Events, and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned, relevant, and supported across the funnel.
- Champion funnel health and campaign performance across internal stakeholders by sharing data, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation and integrated campaign execution.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes through multichannel programs.
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of full funnel marketing, lead management, and campaign performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), Salesforce, and analytics/reporting tools.
- Strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and connecting activity to outcomes.
Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
The starting salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of $105,000 – 120,000 CAD annually, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and industry specific GTM motions.
- Experience working with external media partners, content publishers, or paid demand vendors.
- Background in SaaS, technology, or other high-velocity B2B businesses.
