Are you a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing brands to life across print and digital channels? We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping compelling visual experiences that support business growth and brand consistency.

What You'll Do

As our Graphic Designer, you'll take ownership of creative projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality designs that engage audiences and support marketing objectives.

You'll:

  • Lead the design and production of a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, banners, tent cards, display ads, email campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to manage priorities, balance multiple projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Own the print production process end-to-end, coordinating with vendors to deliver quality results on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions that meet business needs.
  • Present concepts, mock-ups, and design recommendations while incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and communicate any risks or challenges.
  • Champion brand consistency by ensuring all materials align with the ifinance Brand Style Guide.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve design workflows, processes, and overall team efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills with the ability to create polished and engaging presentations.
  • A solid understanding of both print production and digital design best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading and maintaining brand standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
