Job Description

As a key member of the Group FP&A team, you will spearhead insights and analysis for Global Revenue and Gross Margin. You will leverage database software to integrate large datasets from various sources, providing actionable analytics and recommendations to drive strategic decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Weekly sales reporting to the Executive team including revenue and KPI projections.
  • Conduct monthly analysis regarding segment and gross margin performance.
  • Actively participate in the consolidation and analysis of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and actual results, specific to Revenue and Gross Margin. This includes coordination with various stakeholders across the organization and the preparation of management reports and presentations.
  • Provide budgeting, variance analysis and reporting support to select cost centre owners.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring process changes are appropriately implemented, documented, and communicated.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis as required.


Qualifications

Let's Talk About You:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis role
  • Holds one or more professional designation i.e. CPA or MBA
  • Prior experience in a retail or manufacturing environment a definite asset
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with a complex planning software would be an asset
  • Experience with multi-currency and consolidation would be an asset
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to think creatively and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally
