Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity

As a Senior Engineer, End User Services, you will lead the strategy and execution of Moneris’ modern endpoint management and end‑user enablement technologies. You’ll own device standards, automation, Windows image lifecycle, and modern management solutions while providing senior‑level technical leadership and escalation support across the organization.

This role offers meaningful ownership of enterprise endpoint strategy, exposure to modern management technologies at scale, and the opportunity to shape automation and self‑service experiences for thousands of users. You’ll work closely with security, infrastructure, and support teams to improve reliability, compliance, and user experience. Moneris supports continuous learning, mentorship, and the ability to influence technology direction in a hybrid work environment.

Salary Range: $99,121 – $134,522

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components. Individual offers are based on experience, skills, education, and business needs.

Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do

  • Administer Microsoft Intune to deploy applications, manage patching, and enable automation through Autopilot and modern enrollment workflows.

  • Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Intune and other SaaS endpoint platforms.

  • Own Windows image development, security hardening, testing, and release strategy execution.

  • Execute endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation using Intune, SCCM, and related tooling.

  • Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripts to automate endpoint management and reporting.

  • Provide third‑level escalation support for complex end‑user and device issues.

  • Lead pilots and testing of new Windows, Intune, and endpoint security capabilities.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards, documentation, and process improvements.

Your Moneris Career – What you bring

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years in end‑user enablement, endpoint management, or enterprise support roles.

  • 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with modern endpoint management technologies, including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

  • Intermediate to advanced expertise configuring Intune policies, application deployments, enrollment, and workload management.

  • 3–5 years of scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph API.

  • Experience managing Windows endpoint images, patching, and vulnerability remediation at scale.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience managing macOS, iOS, and Android devices in an enterprise environment.

  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience within endpoint or EUC teams.

  • Fluency in French.
