As Sr. Director, Cloud & Data Center Engineering & Operations, you'll be the architect of our digital future. You'll lead the strategy and implementation of a multi-cloud infrastructure, modernize our data centers, and drive continuous improvement across our global technology landscape.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll:
- Lead our cloud transformation: Design and implement a multi-cloud infrastructure that scales with our ambitious growth plans, ensuring a seamless transition to a cloud-first environment.
- Modernize our data centers: Optimize performance, efficiency, and security while embracing the latest technologies.
- Lead a global team of experts: Build and mentor a high-performing team that delivers operational excellence.
- Drive innovation: Partner with key stakeholders to leverage cutting-edge technologies like SD-WAN, 5G, DevSecOps, and more.
- Ensure business agility: Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and seamless integration with our core business objectives.
Do you have the passion, expertise, and drive to make a real impact? We are seeking a strategic leader with:
- Proven Leadership and Expertise:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in cloud and data center operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- A proven track record of success in leading complex technology initiatives and driving transformative change.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure deployments, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
- Expertise in leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a global, matrixed environment.
- Deep Technical Understanding:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a strong understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Familiarity with data center technologies, including networking, storage, security, and virtualization.
- Experience with industry-standard security frameworks and compliance regulations.
- Strong grasp of DevOps principles and methodologies, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Strategic Vision and Business Acumen:
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to achieve shared goals.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and experience managing budgets and resources effectively.

- A strong desire to stay ahead of the technology curve, continuously exploring and implementing emerging technologies and trends.
