The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions team is responsible for innovation, development and management of our products and services to address evolving risk and security needs for all of Mastercard's customers across the world including Banks, Merchants, Fintechs and of course consumers.
The Role:• Work with our intelligence teams to identify new breach techniques, and build technology to scan, identify, and protect our customers.• Conduct analysis of transaction level data to develop new ways of detecting fraud• Build systems to be used by global banking networks to detect cyber attacks • Leverage AI models to provide automated transaction risk decisions
All About You:• Bachelor's/Accelerated Master's Degree• Passion for Cybersecurity and profound interest in learning new tools, threat vectors, attack techniques, technologies, and best practices in preventing against cybersecurity incidents• Familiarity with cybersecurity landscape and major threats and trends that have garnered industry attention• Coursework in Applied Mathematics or Statistics• Data and analytics - understanding of statistical analysis predictive modeling, aptitude in displaying and communicating data analysis , and desire to conduct data-driven experiments and create data-driven products• Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations, publishing papers, blogs)• Self-starter with passion for solving problems• High energy level; flexible, adaptive and strong collaborator • Well planned, organized & structured to manage time & work effectively
