Design executive learning experiences, research customer and industry needs, develop scalable propositions, build external expert and institutional networks, and facilitate customer engagements. Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure scalability and compliance. Support business development and related speaker series, seminars, fintech engagements, and innovation experiences.

Develop and execute scalable partner marketing strategies, campaigns, communications, and activations. Lead automated testing strategy and execution for cloud-based, microservice-oriented systems. Design reusable test frameworks, plans, cases, and data-driven automated tests across on-premises and cloud environments. Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and operational validation suites; troubleshoot defects; review coverage; and support releases. Build fraud attack response, intelligence, and governance capabilities; run incident command and post-incident reviews; embed insights into product, security, and network controls; and scale a follow-the-sun operating model while leading geographically distributed teams and influencing executive governance.

Manage and grow technology and operational relationships with key North American accounts.
