We are the loyalty specialists, our practice is built exclusively around loyalty strategy, program design, member economics, and the data & technology ecosystems that power them. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Consultant to join our Loyalty Solutions Practice
We are looking for someone who has spent meaningful time inside the loyalty discipline, understanding how programs are architected, how members earn and redeem, how financial models underpin design decisions, and how to translate that expertise into compelling client recommendations. 
As a Sr. Consultant you will independently lead activities and deliverables of loyalty strategy engagements end-to-end. You will work alongside our Directors, owning outcomes of your workstreams, shaping design constructs, and driving strategic storylines.  
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured problem solving, and collaborative execution.

Qualifications
This role requires demonstrated loyalty expertise with direct program design or loyalty strategy experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is an asset
  • 4-5 years of experience in loyalty strategy, loyalty program management, or a loyalty specialist advisory role, with hands-on experience designing loyalty program constructs
  • Demonstrated ability to build and apply financial models for loyalty program ROI, including earn/burn economics, breakage assumptions, member cost structures, and incremental value analysis
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to develop and deliver structured executive quality narratives that translate complex loyalty strategy into clear business decisions
  • Proven coaching and mentorship capability, with experience guiding team members
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with comfort translating data into actionable loyalty design recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, for both internal and client-facing contexts
  • A growth mindset and genuine passion for the loyalty industry, you follow program launches, participate in programs, and have opinions on what makes a program work

Nice to have: 
  • Experience working across multiple loyalty verticals (retail, financial services, fuel & convenience, travel, grocery)
  • Familiarity with loyalty technology platforms, CRM, and data infrastructure connected to loyalty programs

Key responsibilities
Delivery Leadership 
  • Own outcomes across design solution engagements – from discovery and insights through to final recommendation
  • Independently manage workstreams, deliverables, and client interactions as part of day-to-day execution
  • Shape loyalty design constructs and benefits mix, contribute to earn and redemption architecture, tier design, experiential rewards, and partnership integration
  • Present to senior client stakeholders with clear rationale, structured logic, and conviction
  • Lead financial modeling and analysis to connect design to financial decisioning, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in economics and ROI frameworks
  • Contribute to strategic storyline development, synthesizing data and research insights, competitive context, and financial data into executive ready narratives

Team Contribution 
  • Coach and mentor Consultants and Associates, providing structured feedback, modeling loyalty thinking, and contributing to development
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Analytics, CRM, HX, and Technology Consulting practices to deliver on integrated solutioning
  • Contribute to presales and solutioning activities including proposal development 
  • Apply AI based tools to accelerate delivery quality and efficiency, and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Stay current on loyalty industry trends, competitive program benchmarks, and member behaviour changes

Benefits
Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $92,852.70 to $127,754.50 CAD annually.

The actual base salary compensation will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
