The Crown Is Yours
We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Integrated Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategies for DraftKings Fantasy apps. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for pivotal sports moments, with a focus on increasing engagement and expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and storyteller with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
What you'll do as a Sr. Associate, Integrated Marketing

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for the DraftKings Pick6 app, ensuring alignment across all cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Media, Partnerships, and Creative teams to represent marketing needs and deliver consumer-centric solutions that meet business goals.
  • Analyze complex data sets to craft cohesive storytelling narratives, creating actionable insights and recommendations that inspire stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic marketing and creative briefs to guide internal creative teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are innovative and resonate with our audience.
  • Establish OKRs and KPI frameworks for campaigns, measure performance, and recommend optimizations to maximize impact.
  • Organize and lead company-wide project kickoffs, communicate milestones, and provide toolkits to activate marketing plans across channels.
  • Contribute to the long-term vision of the sports marketing team by identifying growth opportunities and process improvements.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, strategic planning, or similar roles, preferably in a consumer-focused or product-driven industry.
  • Experience in product marketing, integrated media planning, and brand building.
  • Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
