The Crown Is Yours
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for our Sportsbook product, leading campaigns across the full marketing funnel to exceed business goals. You'll collaborate with teams across Product, Partnerships, Creative, and Brand to ensure a cohesive consumer experience. In this role, you will use complex data to develop strategic insights and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
What you'll do as an Integrated Marketing Manager

  • Lead cross-functional execution of Sportsbook marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams.
  • Develop scalable marketing strategies by collaborating with internal teams to represent marketing needs and drive effectiveness.
  • Leverage data-driven storytelling to inspire and empower teams, synthesizing insights from diverse sources to support company goals.
  • Craft strategic marketing briefs to shape creative positioning and direct internal teams and agencies in executing consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Define and track success metrics, setting OKRs, KPI targets, and measurement frameworks to optimize performance.
  • Drive campaign execution by leading company-wide kickoffs, and communicating objectives, milestones, and toolkits.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the long-term vision of our sports marketing team by improving workflows and fostering innovation.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing or strategic planning roles.
  • Knowledge and experience with product marketing, integrated media planning, and brand building in a consumer-focused industry.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into compelling narratives and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate across several diverse business functions with inclusivity and connectedness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 109,200.00 USD - 136,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
