The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 74,320.00 CAD - 97,545.00 CAD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Provide financial support to assigned Business and Customer portfolios, including P&L management, forecasting, and reporting to drive overall Consumer results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned customer/business teams to drive revenue and profitability growth
  • Completing all month-end analysis, reconciliations and journal entries as required to manage areas of responsibility on the P&L
  • Provide monthly P&L forecasts for applicable line items
  • Generate key reports for various stakeholders within the organization
  • Participate in the Corplan (Budget) process
  • Ensure that appropriate legal, tax and accounting requirements associated with expenses are met

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • University Degree required (Business preferred) and a CPA designation (either completed or nearly completed)
  • Two to three years of experience in accounting/finance (preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry)
  • Fact-based problem solving skills required

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Good interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and deductive reasoning skills
  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
  • This role is not eligible for relocation
