The Opportunity
Dentalcorp’s focus is clear: deliver frictionless dentistry. Doing that well comes down to disciplined execution, clear ownership, and consistently translating decisions into action. The Specialist, Partnerships & Strategy Execution is a key role in making that happen.
This role sits within Strategy Execution, supporting the Clinical Leadership and Partner Relations portfolio. The mandate is straightforward: ensure the right operating rhythms are in place, commitments are tracked, and cross-functional processes that matter most to Partners and clinical leaders are executed with consistency and follow-through. As the organization scales, this role brings the structure and accountability needed to keep execution tight.
What makes this role valuable is the exposure. You’re working directly on enterprise priorities from day one, alongside senior leaders, with hands-on coaching. It’s designed as a development path — clear expectations, increasing ownership, and real opportunity to build execution, analytics, and coordination capabilities over time.
Who You Are
You are a professional interested in how strategy translates into action. You are organized, reliable, and love bringing structure to ambiguous and unstructured environments where follow-through matters. You take pride in keeping work moving, commitments clear, and execution disciplined.
You build strong working relationships, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and are comfortable adapting in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve. You’re motivated by learning, coaching, and increasing responsibility over time. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, value clear expectations, and bring a strong service mindset — enabling others while holding yourself to high standards of accountability.
The Impact You’ll Have
Reporting to the Director, Strategy Execution and based at the Toronto Support Centre, this role sits at the intersection of Clinical Leadership, Partner Relations, and execution. You’ll work across Field Operations, Clinical Excellence, Finance, People, and Technology — acting as the connector that keeps the Clinical Leadership and Partner Relations portfolio moving.
The impact is simple: better execution. You’ll help ensure operating rhythms run effectively, priorities stay on track, and commitments to Partners and clinical leaders are delivered consistently.
Over time, this role builds toward broader ownership — across partner engagement, clinical program management, and strategy execution leadership.
In This Role, You Will
Organize and support key operating meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) by preparing materials, capturing decisions, and following up on action items.
Track commitments, owners, timelines, and dependencies across initiatives (e.g., practice performance reviews, operational changes) and ensure next steps are completed.
Keep initiatives moving by maintaining trackers and routines, and flag risks, gaps, or missed handoffs early so issues are addressed quickly.
Support cross-functional processes by coordinating inputs, aligning teams, and ensuring work moves smoothly from decision to action.
Maintain and update documents, templates, and standard ways of working so information is current, clear, and easy to use.
Update, reconcile, and maintain data across systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting.
Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, and presentations that help leaders understand progress, priorities, and make informed decisions.
Monitor whether new processes and tools are being used as intended and flag adoption issues early.
Reinforce accountability by tracking follow-ups, progress, and outcomes from key decisions and reviews.
Learn how execution, data, and follow-through support broader business priorities, and apply those learnings to improve how work gets done.
Plan and coordinate logistics for major meetings and events (e.g., regional sessions, reviews, workshops), including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a coordination, analyst, project support, or operations role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience maintaining operational data and ensuring data accuracy across systems to support reporting and decision-making.
Solid Excel skills (formulas, basic pivot tables, data organization); interest in developing advanced analytics capabilities.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear, practical inputs for business decisions.
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and visually.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort preparing materials for leadership audiences.
Comfortable bringing structure and clarity to unstructured environments.
Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Tableau, or Power BI is an asset.
Certification in Change Management, Project Management, or Six Sigma is an asset.
Why Join This Team
Direct exposure to enterprise-level strategy execution and transformation work.
Hands-on coaching and mentorship with clear development expectations.
A role intentionally designed as a development pathway toward increased scope and responsibility.
Opportunity to build durable execution, analytics, and coordination skills in a growing organization.
