The Specialist Client Services is responsible for supporting the Business Development Directors and Principals with lead generation, appointment setting, sales closing, and follow-up and monitoring of all matters related to business development and support, for prospects and clients. This individual is responsible for ensuring that prospect priorities are appropriately and timely handled and will be assigned to a Client Services Team Leader. The CS Team Leader will be kept proactively informed of status of prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services

· Arranges meetings for Directors and Principals with prospective clients

· Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into Salesforce

· Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those 

· Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers

· Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback

· Maintain thorough understanding of Ryans products and services 

· Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops

· Works closely with the Business Development team to create and manage sales campaigns 

Education and Experience:

· 2 years sales or telemarketing, ideally in a role selling to the finance and tax teams. 

Computer Skills: 

·​Understanding of Microsoft tools including outlook, excel and word. The use of CRM tools ideally Salesforce is an advantage.

Work Environment:

· Standard indoor working environment.

· Position requires regular interaction with employees and clients via e-mail and telephone. 

· Position potentially offers the ability to work from home occasionally and for flexible hours.

· As many of our team members and clients are based in different time zones, occasional out-of-hours time may be necessary to accommodate calls.

· Independent travel requirement: domestic and occasional international travel
