We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to join our team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. You will also liaise with team members in account management, training, professional services, support and product to help ensure customer needs are addressed on a timely basis, and professionally.

This role supports customers and internal stakeholders across North America and may require availability to accommodate meetings across Eastern Time (ET) to Pacific Time (PT) business hours, with notice, to effectively collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
