- Minimum 5 years ITSM Selling Experience in Enterprise and Mid-Market Level Accounts
- Extensive experience in solution sales, particularly in ITSM and ESM.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical audiences.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
