Kaseya is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with at least five years of B2B social media experience to add to its global marketing communications team. This role is ideal for an experienced social media leader with deep B2B experience who can balance strategy, execution, and mentorship while helping to elevate brand reputation across Kaseya and its portfolio of brands.

A successful social media manager at Kaseya will be able to collaborate, coordinate, and drive online engagement strategies that build the positive reputation of the Kaseya family of brands globally as well as work on corporate communications initiatives to drive customer awareness and positive sentiment about Kaseya’s vision, strategy, competitive differentiation and market momentum. 

The position requires an understanding of social media best practices, and a desire to research and explore new strategies. As a key member of the global marketing communications team, the social media manager will be responsible for collaborating and executing on social media marketing strategies, video and image creation to support specific initiatives, reporting on metrics, and monitoring and managing brand reputation in social communities. 

The ideal candidate will be both a thinker and a doer with a positive, can-do attitude who brings fresh ideas and a creative approach to the organization, with B2B global brand management experience.  

You will:


  • Own and drive the global social media strategy, aligning it with business goals and brand reputation
  • Act as a subject matter expert on social trends, platforms, and best practices
  • Mentor junior team members and uphold standards for content quality and performance
  • Lead content planning, including editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end content execution (copy, creative, publishing, optimization) across platforms
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social channels
  • Partner cross-functionally to support launches, company updates, and executive communications
  • Manage analytics and reporting, using performance insights to continuously optimize strategy

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once. 
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.  
  • B2B public relations and social media experience related to technology products, IT, software or related industry strongly preferred. 

Required Qualifications


  • BA/BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing or related degree. 
  • 2+ Years experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva software a plus
  • 3-5 years Demonstrated experience creating and editing short‑form and long‑form video content for social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), including basic motion, captions, and formatting for platform best practices. 

Salary 

$110,000 - $125,000CAD
