Job Description:

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the corporate lending operating environment, related business processes and procedures, and the full transaction lifecycle.
  • Process complex transactions accurately, within required timelines, and in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform loan administration activities, including internal account balancing, funds investigation, transaction reconciliation, and completion of loan servicing requests from Deal Analysts.
  • Identify, document, and investigate process exceptions or transaction-related issues that extend beyond first-level operations support.
  • Refer or escalate processing and operational issues as appropriate, engaging the right partners to support timely resolution and maintain service quality for corporate clients.
  • Support the loan servicing team by building operational and business knowledge, evaluating process improvement opportunities, sharing ideas, and transferring knowledge across the team, function, and partners.
  • Contribute to consolidated or aggregated reporting in line with business requirements.
  • Provide accurate, thorough analysis of key process drivers and root or systemic causes of cross-functional operational issues; interpret findings and recommend solutions.
