You'll be responsible for:

Driving innovation through the creation, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and solutions, adapting to regularly changing priorities

Ensuring code is maintained and supported, perform as intended upon implementation, and has the potential to scale with business growth

Supporting project and task planning, contributing to the development and execution of processes and procedures and ensuring alignment with Interac objectives and customer needs
-
Assisting with security governance, policies, and overall Interac compliance by embedding standards, procedures, and quality analysis measures into workflows/plans. Identify and communicate system issues, bugs, and fixes, and aid the initiation of process-improvement efforts within teams and across Interac

Handling and direct requests and tickets appropriately for tracking and resolution

Providing customer-focused solutions and build and maintains effective customer relationships through timely follow-ups and efficient, effective feedback

Initiating and facilitate continuous improvement, and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving

Configuring and develop the ServiceNow platform, including business rules, workflows, user interface actions, notifications, and all other functionalities

Working with required team members to maintain and administer Corporate and Commercial CMDB and creation of relationships as necessary
-
Troubleshooting production and test issues; performing root cause analysis, recommending corrective action, and performing resolution efforts

ServiceNow integrations with 3rd party tools and platforms using inbuilt connectors, API’s, REST, SOAP etc.,

Developing and configuring other ServiceNow products including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SECOPS

Providing on call support for SEV 1 incidents as per on-call schedule

Develop and maintaining technical training and framework resources

Aiding in the cultivation of an inclusive environment and a culture of trust and transparency, sharing information broadly, openly, and deliberately

Building and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse team members, peers, and leaders
You bring:
-
A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
-
3-4 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
-
2-3 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST and SOAP Integrations
-
2+ years of experience working on CMDB and Asset modules in ServiceNow tool utilizing the CSDM modelling
-
Prior experience in implementing HAM, HAM Pro and SAM is a huge plus
-
2+ years of experience in successful implementation of the ServiceNow discovery tool using both the OOB probe/sensors scripts as well as creating custom probe/sensor scripts
-
Strong background/ working knowledge of various protocols like SNMP, SSH, WMI would be essential

Development experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow
-
Hands-on experience in the demand management module of ServiceNow

Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end
-
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management or Software Asset Management)

Experience with Agile and Waterfall in a large organization

Keen at problem-solving, excellent at communicating (both written and oral) and have strong interpersonal skills

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Proactive and take initiative to identify and recommend improvements when required

Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity
