Position Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Experience Designer to help shape the future of the Autodesk Assistant and our agentic AI platform. This is a pivotal role providing agentic and product design expertise across the Autodesk ecosystem.

Responsibilities
You will design and refine agentic and product experiences for the Autodesk Assistant.
You will lead cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving efforts, involving multiple complex systems and multiple stakeholders.
You will synthesize feedback and requirements, extend and create net new patterns and concepts, and advocate for customer-focused solutions.
You will conduct research and leverage data to guide decision-making.
You will have a thorough understanding customer needs, technical capabilities, context, and business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
You have an accessible portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver best-in-class experiences.
You are an effective communicator and adept at cross-functional collaboration.
You have a solid understanding of human-centered practices and activities.
You’re proficient working with AI platforms, tools, and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, Hugging Face, Cursor, Replit, DialogFlow, VoiceFlow, or n8n.
You’re proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
You’ve received a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
You have 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
You have deep experience designing generative AI experiences.
You stay up to date with trends and advancements in UX and AI.
You have experience working as part of a platform team or environment.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,300 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Diversity & Belonging
