Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter with experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical roles, the semiconductor industry landscape, and the skills required for success in engineering, manufacturing, research and development, and other specialized roles. You will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, and fostering a strong employer brand in the competitive semiconductor job market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring needs across North America and parts of Europe
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition creation through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to understand need and build solutions for hiring objectives.
  • Effectively source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Create compensation package proposals while leading the negotiation and offer process
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners,
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, social media, and recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and semiconductor talent needs to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and industry associations to attract entry-level and experienced technical talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent movements within the technology sector to provide strategic insights to the business.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, candidate quality) to ensure recruitment goals are being met and continuously optimized

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a variety of niche technical roles, such as hardware and software engineers, analog and digital design engineers, high speed test engineers, etc.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and roles required in this industry, including an understanding of microelectronics, IC design, chip development, and related fields.
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and specialized job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience utilizing Workday
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth semiconductor or tech company.
  • A strong passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry’s evolving needs.
  • Experience with campus recruiting or diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
