Position Summary
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for HeyGen. You will play a significant role in driving our recruiting strategy for technical roles, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI Research talent. You will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and engineers to identify and attract the best talent.
Core Responsibilities

The HeyGen Recruiting team is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and talent management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract, source, and hire the best talent
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. whitepapers, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Work with hiring teams to map out headcount needs, job descriptions, interview loops, market intelligence.
  • Map out where strong research or technical talent are by staying on top of industry trends, and competitive intelligence, especially in the AI space. 
  • Build out great candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Bonus points 

  • Experience with modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Gem etc)
  • Experience hiring for AI research positions
  • Passion for going deep on research papers and patent material

Salary Range
$100,000 – 115,000 USD annually
