Join our team and what we'll accomplish together
At TELUS Health, we're reimagining how pension and benefits solutions are delivered. Our teams are shifting toward a product-led, multi-client delivery model—and we need someone who can bring clarity, momentum, and accountability to complex delivery at scale.
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between product vision, engineering execution, and client success. You'll lead high-impact programs across platform enhancements, multi-client deployments, and technical initiatives—all while championing new ways of working that make delivery faster, smarter, and more predictable.
This role offers the unique opportunity to shape how TELUS Health delivers at scale—influencing product roadmaps, release strategies, and team practices that directly impact millions of Canadians and their retirement security.
What you'll do

Lead end-to-end product program delivery

  • Own complex product programs from initiation through post-launch, managing platform enhancements and multi-client deployments with clear outcomes

  • Orchestrate release planning, rollout strategies, and delivery milestones that align product roadmaps with client commitments

  • Balance multiple concurrent initiatives, dependencies, and competing priorities with discipline and transparency

Orchestrate cross-functional execution

  • Partner across Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Data, Implementation, and delivery teams—acting as the central point of accountability

  • Lead governance forums, alignment sessions, and delivery checkpoints that keep teams moving together

  • Influence and align stakeholders without direct authority—a critical skill in our collaborative environment

Drive technical readiness and continuous improvement

  • Manage technical risks: integrations, APIs, data migrations, and environment readiness

  • Promote Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices that improve speed, quality, and predictability

  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes, reduce bottlenecks, and elevate delivery excellence across teams

Enable smarter delivery through data and AI

  • Provide data-driven reporting to leadership—progress, risks, trade-offs, and decisions required

  • Champion the practical adoption of AI-enabled tools for planning, risk identification, and delivery insights

  • Turn delivery data into actionable intelligence that improves team effectiveness

What you bring

Essential experience:

  • 5+ years managing technical projects, product programs, or platform delivery initiatives

  • Proven track record delivering SaaS, product, or technology-enabled solutions

  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, release planning, and technical dependencies

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority

  • Strong communication, governance, and risk management skills

  • Comfort operating in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and competing stakeholder interests

Nice to have:

  • Experience in pension, benefits, health, financial services, or regulated delivery environments

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery management tools

  • Bilingual English/French capability

Why TELUS Health? You'll work alongside product leaders, engineers, and client-success teams who are genuinely excited about transforming how benefits and pension solutions are delivered. We invest in your growth, encourage innovation, and create space for you to build delivery practices that will scale across the organization.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if the posted salary range doesn't match your expectations. We're open to discussing competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level and expertise.
